Manufacturing Technologies

Extrusion

Extrusion is a continuous manufacturing process used to produce silicone profiles with a constant cross-section.

The raw material, in the form of a silicone compound, is pushed through a forming die, allowing the production of profiles in various shapes and dimensions. This technology is ideal for manufacturing seals, cords, edge profiles, and co-extruded profiles.

Silicone Injection Molding

Injection molding of HTV, HCR, and LSR silicone enables the production of precise and complex silicone components in large series.

The silicone compound is injected into a closed mold, where cross-linking (vulcanization) takes place. This method ensures high dimensional repeatability and excellent surface quality.

Compression Molding and Bonding

This is a process of silicone cross-linking under the influence of heat and pressure, which gives the products their required shape and mechanical properties.

Vulcanization can take place in molds or during the joining of profile sections into closed shapes. This process enables the creation of flexible, tight, and durable connections.

Co-Extrusion

Co-extrusion enables the simultaneous forming of a profile from two or more types of silicone materials with different hardness levels, colors, or properties, thereby increasing the functionality of the finished product.

Die Cutting from Sheets

This method involves cutting gaskets and washers of virtually any shape from silicone sheets.

By using precision CNC cutting plotters or die-cutting tools, we are able to execute even complex designs — from single pieces to serial production.

Cutting and Die Cutting

Cutting and die-cutting technologies enable the fast preparation of components with specific dimensions — from profiles and cords to silicone sheets.

We use precision blades, lasers, presses, and CNC cutting plotters, ensuring high accuracy even for complex shapes and multilayer materials.

Adhesive-Backed Profiles

To facilitate installation, profiles and seals can be fitted with single-sided or double-sided adhesive tape. We use high-performance technical tapes with strong adhesion, resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation, and elevated temperatures.

This solution enables quick installation without the need for additional mechanical fastening.

Printing (Marking)

Upon customer request, we offer durable marking of silicone products — including informational prints, logos, batch codes, and technical markings.

Printing is carried out using a method tailored to the customer’s requirements, depending on the material type and the intended application of the product.

Coloring (Pigmentation)

Silicone compounds can be colored in virtually any shade according to the RAL color chart or a customer-provided sample. By adding pigments to the compound prior to the forming process, we achieve durable and uniform coloration resistant to UV radiation and abrasion.

Coloring can serve both aesthetic and identification purposes.
