At SilikonTech, we focus on full control of the production process — from design, through mold manufacturing, to the final product. That is why one of our key strengths is our own highly specialized toolroom, which allows us to operate quickly, precisely, and flexibly — regardless of the scale or complexity of the project.
This is where we manufacture molds and dies with maximum dimensions of up to 1200 × 900 mm, used in the production of top-quality silicone seals. Our technical facilities and experienced toolmakers guarantee the successful delivery of even the most demanding projects in record time.

Our state-of-the-art technical facilities, combined with a highly experienced team, guarantee comprehensive machining and top-level quality control:
Machining:
- 3- and 5-axis milling centers – enabling the production of highly accurate and complex molds, fixtures, and components,
- CNC lathes with milling and part transfer capabilities – for precision machining of complex parts,
- Wire-cut and sinker EDM machines – allowing extremely accurate cutting of shapes and contours, even in very hard materials,
- CNC tool grinding machines for surface, shaft, and bore grinding – ensuring perfect surface finish and dimensional accuracy,
- Conventional machines (drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, saws, presses, and more) – supporting our processes and ensuring full production versatility.

In our metrology laboratory, we use tactile, optical, and scanning measuring systems exclusively from leading brands such as Renishaw, Mitutoyo, Tesa, Zeiss, Wenzel, and others.
As a result, every mold and every component leaving our toolroom is fully inspected and guaranteed to comply with the technical documentation.
Our team of specialists uses advanced CAD/CAM software, enabling fast project implementation, efficient mold modifications, and continuous optimization of the production process.
